In this 3 hour masterclass delegates will be shown ways in which they can begin or develop their marketing tactics to secure the right type of client for their businesses and the best ways in which to attract them – without breaking the bank. We will also be discussing the importance of business narrative and profile to help attract clients AND to keep them on board. Retaining an existing customer can be tricky, but with our handy tips and strategy; you’ll find that you customers will choose you every time.
