This masterclass gives the perfect baseline training for anyone wanting to enter the world of Sales as a career, refresh existing skills or adding to your CV. In this 3 hour session we will cover our ‘Sales Basics’, introducing you to the initial processes involved in successful selling.
Learning to profile the most beneficial client types for your industry, identify potential prospects and using this information to lead to eventual successful sales. The first steps are the most crucial, so it’s so vital to get them right!
All delegates will leave with a sound working knowledge of basic sales skills that will allow them to adapt to a sales role or environment with ease, all the while building confidence in a challenging area. Certificates will be issued upon the successful completion of the masterclass.
